Good morning everyone: I wanted to share with you some wonderful news. Today, I am on the Huffington Post. If you have a chance, check it out. And thank you, always, for your support. It helps me so much!
Thank you so much, Darlene. I am just still so so happy--I was surprised to see it this morning actually :) BethFishReads informed that it was up! xoxoxoxox
p.s. I am really thrilled to have found you and your blog, too!
Thank you so much, Kathy! I felt a little silly on the video, but I am just very grateful to be on the Huffington Post -- I am thinking about it as my lovely Christmas present! xoxo Happy Holidays! xoxo
Loved watching it, and hearing your voice. Is that silly? But,I always feel more connected to a writer's work when I hear it being read by them. Great job!
Thank you so much, Amanda. I just went to your blog and read about the santa disaster. Yikes! Hope everyone has survived that little piece of news in your family :)
And no: hearing a voice is NOT silly. I love to connect with people's voices and faces. I think it's wonderful.
Congrats! I love the adorable picture you posted! I wish it were warm winds blowing through my hair, but alas, the only thing blowing outside is the "chainsaw-like" hum of the snowblower! If you ever have a book stop in your home state of Wisconsin let me know! Looking forward to reading "The Bird Sisters".
Aww, thank you so much honey! I wish you some of our recent warmth, though Ava and I are headed back to St. Louis tomorrow :) Also, I will be stopping in Wisconsin for the book in May -- in Milkwaukee and Oconomowoc so far! I so hope I get to meet you then :) xoxoxo Happy Holidays!
How wonderful it was to hear you read from, The Bird Sisters on The Huffington Post, Rebacca. It's a lovely novel and I'm so proud of you, and your inestimable accomplishment in writing this wonderful book. You most certainly must read an excerpt on your radio show appearance with me in April! Best wishes for a fabulous New Year to you, Ava and your hubby!!

Yay, Rebecca! So enjoyed reading about your writing process, your idea of "home" and hearing you speak. Can't wait to read your book next year!

you know I was excited to see you on the HP! Okay-- that photo is just plain mean. I was wearing hat, gloves, scarf, and winter coat today.
Don't worry -- I am headed back to St. Louis today -- I promise to be cold :)
Merry Christmas!!! xoxoxo
